3 Collection of general data and information

When you visit our website, the web server does not record the full IP address and domain name of the computer or automated system used. The configuration of the server does not allow automatic logging of information that would be necessary for individual identification. This means that no personal data is generated on our server.

However, in the event of attempted misuse or server errors, it is possible to start a so-called log file for error analysis. In detail, the IP address, the address of the page accessed, the page from which you reached us (link source), the browser ID transmitted and the system date and time the page was accessed are recorded. This data is deleted from our server immediately after the error has been rectified and is used exclusively to analyze the error.

4 Deletion and blocking of personal data

The controller shall process and store the personal data of the data subject only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of storage, or as far as this is granted by the European legislator or other legislators in laws or regulations to which the controller is subject to.

If the storage purpose no longer applies or if a storage period prescribed by the European legislator or another competent legislator expires, the personal data is routinely blocked or erased in accordance with the statutory provisions.

5 Data protection for applications / application procedure

The controller collects and processes the personal data of applicants for the purpose of handling the application process. Processing may also be carried out electronically. This is particularly the case if an applicant sends the relevant application documents to the controller by electronic means, for example by email. If the controller concludes an employment contract with an applicant, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions. If the controller does not conclude an employment contract with the applicant, the application documents will be automatically deleted six months after notification of the rejection decision, unless deletion conflicts with any other legitimate interests of the controller.
