These are your tasks:

• Responsible for engineering designs, project coordination and project management within the Engineering Structures Department.


• You will be responsible for the designing of engineering structures in the railroad and road sector. The preparation of planning documents and reports for the individual work phases is also part of your area of responsibility, as is the preparation of cost calculations, schedules and planning for construction logistics. You will be the interface to internal and external project participants and will be responsible for coordination with the authorities.

This is what we expect:

• Fluency in German and/or a “B1” language certificate.


• Successfully completed university degree in Civil Engineering, B.Eng, BSc Civil or B Tech (Civil Engineering).


• Min. 7 years experience in building construction.


• Experience in design and construction of bridges an advantage.


• Should be eligible for professional registration with ECN within one year of appointment if not already registered.


• Knowledge of project management throughout the project life cycle.


• Very good knowledge in the use of CAD software.


• Exceptional communication, reporting and computer skills.


• Commitment, willingness to learn, enthusiasm for future-oriented planning methods (BIM).


• Organizational skills, creativity, reliability and solution-oriented work.


• Valid driver's license.
